To secure your spot on a VESA project, the non-refundable deposit is due immediately after you have received notification of your acceptance to participate in the project. The balance or final payment of the project costs is due 45 days before departure.

Accommodation

All accommodation for the duration of the program.

All ground transportation in country.

All accompanying VESA staff members.

Meals

All meals while in Ecuador, except for the free day. We cater to vegetarians and most food allergies. Bottled water and snacks provided when necessary.

Adventure tour

Incredible guided seven day jungle tour, including trekking deep into the Amazon Basin and remote jungle lodge accommodation.

Admission fees

All admission fees to local parks and sites, including all administration costs.

Monetary donation

A monetary donation to the local host organisation.

Building materials

Building materials needed for volunteer project, and the hiring of local skilled trades people to assist on projects.

Deposit

Non-refundable deposit to secure your space.

Certification

Certification (if requested) of completion of the volunteer program, perfect for inclusion in your resume.

What if I need to cancel?

If you wish to withdraw your enrolment please notify us in writing by post or by email. Please note that if you wish to withdraw your agreement you will be bound by the cancellation fees set out in the VESA Cancellation Policy within our Terms and Conditions.
